A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Australian financial services organization as a Business Analyst. The role focuses around Workplace technology including tools such as O365, Windows & SharePoint. This position is crucial to the overall workplace uplift project taking place.
Day to Day:
- Liaise with Internal stakeholders to document, analyze & Interpret their requirements
- Make sure that requirements are accurately and clearly defined.
- Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions to help define business requirements.
- Contribute to solution definition and development, working alongside project managers, architects & engineers.
- Assist in problem solving and issues as required.
- Identify, evaluate and recommend solutions
- Meet with stakeholders and members of the team to ensure successful implementation of user requirements.
Skills Required:
- Extensive experience working as a business analyst, with a focus on Infrastructure being preferred
- Strong ability to translate user requirements into documentation
- Proven ability to work as part of a team or independently, delivering multiple projects
- Extensive experience working across projects including O365, Skype for Business, SharePoint and Workplace tools.
- Practical knowledge of ITIL.
This is a great opportunity to get involved with a sizeable piece of work. An initial 6 month contract, the role has the potential to extend much further.
