This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known Australian brand and an innovative business unit. Our customer is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on a significant payments transformation. 

You must have demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst working on online payments OR credit cards OR refunds projects. 

Essential skills / experience:

• 4+ years as a dedicated Business Analyst working within large, complex environments 
• Ideally worked on online payments/ credit cards/ refunds projects. 
• Very strong in requirements gathering (workshops and one on ones) and requirements definition, working with senior stakeholders to understand the "as is" and "to be".
• Very strong in documentation, requirements gathering, workshopping and user stories. 
• Previous experience working in large complex environment. 
• Strong stakeholder management / vendor management experience working with C level executives. 
• Someone who can work to a tight time line in a challenging environment and can hit the ground running.
