You will require the following skills and experiences;
Qualifications/experience
Knowledge and experience in supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office product suite and desktop applications software.
Demonstrated experience with Windows 7 support
. Active Directory experience
. Citrix experience
Enthusiastic and positive approach with a strong customer focus
Experience in a Help/Service Desk environment
. Experience with logging of calls
. Good troubleshooting skills
Demonstrated technical experience with Active Directory
Ability to work as an effective member of a team under the minimal supervision
