The Role:

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team to manage an existing portfolio of Next Generation customers. This will include a high level of engagement with executive level customers and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid customers in their success using our products and services. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to understand better and mitigate any issues the customer may face.

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage & develop a portfolio of both existing and future customers
  • Working cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders to ensure customers’ successes and act as a strong customer advocate
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Make visits to our customers and conferences to identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage reporting about the health of customers’ accounts

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in account management, business development, marketing or another related discipline
  • Technical background or good understanding of product and services relating to IP telecommunications are highly desirable.
  • Ability to learn about the new technology and proactive in taking the initiative to better the existing process/documentation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Well-developed relationship building and management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel
