SimCorp Asia Pacific is experiencing a substantial increase in business and to support our growth we are looking for a junior business support consultant. In this key role you are mentored by to work with our clients and provide business support & solutions to optimise usage of our systems. Tasks and Responsibilities

• As a junior business support consultant, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries regarding the functionality of SimCorp Dimension and do appropriate follow-up with our clients.  You will also make sure that SimCorp lives up to its obligations concerning feedback on the enquiries and the quality of this feedback
• You will also be able to give our customers good advice and propose ad-hoc solutions within the framework of SimCorp Dimension.
• You may be assigned to perform consulting work on client-based projects 
• You will maintain close contact and communicate errors & enhancement requests with local development staff and our colleagues in our central Development Division in Copenhagen
• Initially you will be trained and mentored to become a specialist in the ABOR and IBOR functionality of SimCorp Dimension
• You will be based in Sydney and may be required from time to time to be available outside work hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Some travel to our clients locally and overseas or our head office in Denmark may be required from time to time

Your Profile

• A degree in finance/economics/mathematics/computer science.
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good communication & people skills
• Good knowledge of the Asian market and its requirements
• You have excellent analytical skills and are used to working in a structured way
• You are good at working on & prioritising multiple tasks at the same time
• Knowledge or high interests in financial issues - theoretical as well as practical
• You have just junior or you already have experience in the financial sector
• Service-minded and ability to cope under pressure
• You enjoy working in a team
