IT Support Officer

We are seeking to appoint a motivated, customer service focused, IT Support professional to join our IT team.

This is a Level 2 Support role that will suit an experienced, enthusiastic and confident individual looking to hit the ground running, learn the business quickly and demonstrate the ability to follow process.

Reporting to the IT Support Manager you will be a part of a fast-paced environment focusing on acting as a first point of contact for both internal and external customers. You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic, demonstrate attention to detail, administrative excellence and a passion for customer service. 
                                                                                                                                                                 
 Your Responsibilities include:
  • Liaising with internal and external customers for all IT queries, via telephone, email and in person.
  • Create and edit documents to record standard procedures.
  • Managing priorities and negotiating deadlines across a constantly changing workload.
  • Proactive identification of areas for improvement, internal and external to IT.
  • Understanding and achieving team KPIs on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Following OHS requirements across all working environments.
 
You as the successful candidate will offer:
  • A true passion for developing business specific IT knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability for application support.
  • Advanced working knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware, printers and peripherals.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Windows and the MS Office suite.
  • Intermediate networking knowledge and skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a wide audience.
  • Effective time management to organise and prioritise workloads.
  • C Class drivers licence.
