Application Support Analyst - SMSF Software - Class Limited (permanent position)
This role is a mix of Accounting and IT - Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who has an accounting background and will have the ability to interact with clients providing phone-based support.
You must have interest in providing support to SMSF Administrators and accountants on their queries relating to the SMSF software. You will build up your troubleshooting skills along you with day-to-day work. There will be training provided for both SMSF and client servicing skills.
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you must have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional exposure to accounting
- Excellent academic achievement in either accounting or IT degree
- If you have good IT skills, that would be a welcome bonus
- Knowledge of SMSF is an advantage
