Are you a User Researcher/Performance Analyst with highly developed analytical skills? Do you have an understand the of the factors that enhance user experience and increase end-user satisfaction and service usage?
 
Our Federal Government client requires the services of User Researcher/Performance Analyst for a contract through to June 30 2019 plus possible extension.
User Researcher/Performance Analyst with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement.

• Researching, advising and enhancing user experience while maintaining the look-and-feel of the Head to Health services
• Support the design principles including safety orientation, cultural sensitivity, consumer choice and helpful positive experience
• Facilitate user-cantered and co-design and user engagement in service design

 
Core Skills & Experience:

• Ability to lead or facilitate co-design 
• Using creative design to enhance the appeal of the services
• Ability to contribute to strategic thinking
• Highly developed stakeholder management skills
