This Large Federal Government Department is the primary policy and strategy department responsible for keeping Australia safe.
Your new role
The department is looking to bolster its Business Analyst capability and looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with 2+ year's experience to execute a range of activities and tasks related to managing the business requirements, expectations and scope. The Business Analyst will be required to work with Project Managers and key stakeholders to identify, define, prioritise and implement projects to meet both the needs of business areas and user expectations.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful applicants will have worked within an Agile environment and be able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders to gather and document requirements. You will be able to run workshops and offer staff training as well as identify and offer solutions to issues and problems that arise to ensure successful business outcomes. Due to the nature of the Department you must hold a current or be will to undergo the process to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance. You will also be required to undergo an Employment Suitability Clearance.
