This company is a provider of software tools which have redefined how you monitor today's digital ecosystems. It's focus is to optimise customer experiences, innovate faster and modernise IT operations with absolute confidence.
As the business is growing, they are looking to expand their sales operations in the ACT and hire an additional Sales Professional to support their growth in the Government sector.
Success of the Federal Government role will depend on your ability to understand the strategies and requirements of how to engage the digital Government business in this region, and to align the company to support their business goals.
As the ideal candidate you should have the following background:
- You are passionate about the business and customers, a source of positive energy and have already proven yourself in a Government sales role, with a successful track record of smashing your quota year-on-year.
- Ability to follow and drive a define diagnostic sales process.
- Familiar with concepts of Cloud Application Delivery, DevOps, Digital transformation and containers/microservices as well as a solid understanding of Government procurement process.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication, diagnostic and strong persuasive skills.
- Ability to negotiate complex sales at all levels.
