The Opportunity

We are seeking the expertise of an experienced Change Manager with a proven track record of delivery excellence to work with our clients across a diverse range of industries. 

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience: 

• Managing highly complex and strategic change initiatives across multiple business channels
• A proven track record creating and implementing change deliverables
• Working with multiple stakeholders with the ability to clearly articulate change
• Proven track record in the execution of best practice change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Strong experience in collaborative stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
• Tertiary qualifications and change management certifications e.g. PROSCI

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also an essential part of this role. You will be a natural problem solver and have the versatility of being able to lead a team or work under your own initiative. Previous consulting experience would be looked upon favourably.
