Ayan Infotech has an immediate need for an EDMRS (TRIM) Technical Business Analyst to take up an initial 3 month contract in Parramatta, Sydney. The role will require a combination of relevant technical and business experience with excellent communication skills. Demonstrated experience conducting business analysis, documenting technical design, upgrade and provide plan of attack is essential.
Responsiblities include:
- Provide development support for CM 9.x project rollout.
- Provide technical rollout support for CM 9.x and troubleshoot rollout problems.
- Provide business analysis and functional/configuration work as part of Information management and data analytics program of work.
- Work with Business Units within the Department to understand stakeholder’s business challenge and elicit the requirement and work with relevant teams to address the challenges identified.
- Report on developments to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist as a technical conduit between business and non-technical resources and vendors.
Skills and experience required:
- Highly technical experience with various version of TRIM including CM 9.x.
- Worked on TRIM upgrade projects including CM9.x
- Ability analyse and develop solution for software integrations with CM 9.x
- Must have CM 9.x administrator experience.
- Understands EDRMS release processes
- EDRMS production support will be advantageous
- At least 5 years’ demonstrated, active consulting or business analysis experience with a focus on Electronic Document Management Systems and upgrade.
- Demonstrated end-to-end SDLC and Upgrade experience in large organisations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated cross-functional coordination skills and commitment to service delivery.
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
Rate on offer is up to $679 + superannuation a day. Strong potential for extension.
