About the Role

 

• The ICT Senior  Business Analyst will provide business analysis thought leadership to the delivery of innovative  Business Solutions
• Engagement with stakeholders to document and review current processes and supporting processes & systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and integration
• Become a trusted business partner to provide consultancy and advice on technology
• Develop, Author and Contribute to various business papers including but not limited to Business Cases, Briefing Notes, Benefits Relation Plans, Strategies and Roadmaps, Policy documents etc
• To assist in the management and delivery of projects and programs
• Assist ICT align to business strategy through the development & delivery of projects, services and operational best practise
• assist in the developing of Standards, Procedures and Policies for the ICT department and other areas of business governance
• The position will support the principles of communication, collaboration and inclusion

Selection Criteria to be addressed:

1. Holding a degree in Business or related field and/or proven experience working as a Senior Business Analyst within ICT
2. Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Business Analysis and Project Management methodologies ideally holding industry recognised certification e.g. CBAP, BABOK, PMBOK, Prince2, Agile
3. Proven capability and experience in working with organisations to assist the development of business concepts through to final delivery along with proven experience working within small to large projects with a great understanding of project management methodologies
4. A proven excellent communicator able to communicate at all levels across an organisations, using both verbal & written communications methods across a variety of media and demonstrated experience providing relationship management in complex environments, along with strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset
5. Demonstrated levels of excellence in all facets of business analysis – from future state visioning to process modelling, requirements development, functional design, validation and presenting final proposals to the business and proven experience in unstanding current technology trends, expereince working in ICT departments, experience in process development and reengineering with a desirable understanding of health based systems.
6. Demonstrate an ability to solicit, prioritise and finalise functional and non-functional requirements from a variety of stakeholders at different levels and backgrounds within an organisation using a variety of methods including emails, reports, strategy roadmaps, interviews and workshop. Clearly documenting and presenting the results
7. Proven ability in researching business based opportunities and problems, and recommend solutions to meet the business needs then socialise these using a variety different communication styles including reports, papers and presentations
8. Current valid driver’s license and willingness to use for work related travel
