Our client is a very dynamic consultancy with an enviable track-record of award-winning program delivery. They have won work with a client based on the Central Coast and need to appoint a Project Manager with strong change management experience. You will work with the client-side team to deliver an all in one technology platform that will help future proof their technology platform and architecture. This is a permanent opportunity that would suit a very consultative Project Manager with ambitions to climb the ladder to Director level. To be a success in this role you will bring a good blend of the following:
- At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager
- Exposure to delivery methodology including Agile and Waterfall
- A background in consulting would be ideal but consultative mindset a must
- Strong Change Management experience, preferably with ADKAR delivery understanding
- Requirements gathering experience or BA management experience
- A keen business development eye when opportunities present
- A willingness to travel (current project on Central Coast but mainly Sydney-based)
- A sleeves rolled-up delivery focused attitude
- Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management skills
For the first few months you will focus on the program of work on the Central Coast but must be flexible to the possibility later projects will be based around Sydney's CBD or further afield. The base salary is fairly open but will generously reflect the travel inherent in the role. Travel and accommodation when working away from home will be taken care of.
