Your role
In your role, you will be providing high-level support to the Executive Management Team. You will be managing extremely busy diaries, with back-to-back meetings, you will constantly be juggling multiple schedules You will also be heavily involved in organising functions, processing expenses, formatting correspondence, PowerPoint presentations and proofreading documents. you will constantly be juggling multiple schedules. You will also be providing support to the CEO when his EA is off. You will be able to work well under pressure, have a sense of urgency about your day, and your time management skills will be exceptional.
Daily activities
- Diary and inbox management
- Board papers, minutes and agendas
- Formatting correspondence and presentations
- Vendor management
- Travel coordination
Your skills & expertise
- Extremely organised and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Polished presentation
