The Company

Delacon: A fast paced technology company, that is positioned for extensive domestic and international growth throughout 2018 and beyond and is currently looking to recruit a junior administrative assistant on a full-time basis for all our administration needs. 

The Role

This is great opportunity to join this well established global company as an administrative assistant to the sales director and his team. Located in Bondi Junction you will be assisting this busy sales director with his day-to-day role and will be very much his support across his office. From time to time you will additionally be supporting any other managers around the office which require assistance and also be carrying out some general ad hoc duties around the office. 

Your duties will include:-

  • Providing a high level of administration support, proof reading documents and formatting and managing application forms and proposals to potential clients
  • Diary and email management
  • Arranging travel and accommodation bookings 
  • Organisation and coordination of meetings 
  • Liaising with other internal companies and with external clients, investors, lawyers and advisers
  • Managing tasks within SalesForce
  • Creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Running business and personal errands  
  • Assisting other managers within the office 
  • General ad hoc duties 

To be successful for the role you must possess:- 

  • Excellent MS Office skills 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Excellent writing and email etiquette 
  • The ability to take on and manage a range of projects 
  • Strong sense of initiative and the ability to work autonomously 
  • High sense of professionalism
