Hygiene Systems is a leading healthcare and workplace hygiene provider, looking for a reliable Warehouse storeperson to join our team in Yatala. This is a full time permanent position with hours of work Mon-Fri from 8 am to 4.30pm.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced customer service person to handle incoming orders directly from our customers and manage customer queries. You will liaise with existing customers via email and telephone, ensuring their needs are met or exceeded. Training will be provided but a level of self-management, initiative and responsibility is also required.
You will be based in Albany and your hours would be 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
The Requirements
- 2+ years administration & customer service experience
- Computer literate with ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Focussed approached to working in a fast pace environment
- Excellent communication skills & professional telephone manner
- Good attitude and enthusiasm
- Ability to plan and work independently and part of a wider team
- Attention to detail
- Confidence in your abilities
