Our client is a leading high volume project home builder who have established themselves as a leader in their market and their awards speak for themselves! With a strong focus on customer service, this builder is known for their exceptional quality and their ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Due to continued growth a newly created role exists for an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join the team. Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative process from deposit to hand over of keys.

Duties will include but are not limited to;

Liaising with the clients throughout the entire pre-construction and construction process regarding the status of their home
Preparation of correspondence and contracts
Entering new sales into the system daily
Attend weekly meeting to ensure that workflows are being adhered to and you are up to date with products and services
Collation of information required for permits
Variations and defects reports

To be considered for this opportunity you will have;

Experience within the residential construction sector in a similar role
The ability to multi task and prioritise a changing workload
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build a quick rapport
Strong IT skills including MS Office suite and the ability to grasp new systems with ease,
