The Role
This role is to support the team with all maintenance and control of project documentation. You will work closely with the architects to ensure the smooth flow of information and documents.
Role will include, but won’t be limited to:
- Document Control and management using Aconex and CAD software
- Assistance with project reporting / programme
- Arranging meetings and coordinating attendance
- Formatting and compiling of Design Reports
- Preparation of timesheets
- Quality Control and Assurance

Skills and Experience
- Sound understanding of records management systems
- Previous experience with Aconex
- Entry level knowledge of CAD and Revit principles
- Experience archiving project record and documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly resourceful
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
