About the role 

My client is seeking a friendly and professional Administrator to join their supportive and progressive team environment. This temporary role will support the Human Resource team with all administrative needs. The ideal individual will have excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible. You will be well presented, articulate in your communication and discretion and be used to a demanding environment. You must be available to interview immediately.
 
Responsibilities
 
This role requires an experienced Administrator to assist the HR team on a full time basis. Effectively using your administration and strong communication skills, you will support the HR Team in an administrative capacity to ensure smooth running of all HR functions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Review, distribute and action all incoming and outgoing mail within a timely manner
• HR Administration 
• Diary and email management for the HR team 
• Formatting and preparing documents 
• Preparing contracts and offer packs for new employees
• Providing recruitment administration support in relation to the uploading of adverts, organising interviews and conducting reference checks as required
• Scanning, filing and binding 
• Database management 
• Other ad hoc administration tasks as required 

Skills / Experience

• Experience working within a Professional Services Firm is advantageous
• Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet)
• Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
• Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
• Discretion in relation to confidential information
• Proactive, flexible approach to completion of work
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
