This is a great opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join a small and dynamic team in the CBD!
Client Details
Our client is a small team working with airlines worldwide. Due to an internal promotion, they are excited to welcome an Accounts Administrator to their office. This role would suit you perfectly if you love working in a team-based environment and have a big personality with a positive and professional nature who is also happy to be at the front of house welcoming any visitors or clients. You will be working in a fast-pasted environment to successfully manage the daily running of the office, working closely alongside the management team. They promote a healthy work life balance but at times extended work hours and weekend work will be required.
Description
Daily duties which may include:
- Record keeping
- Database entry
- Filing, stationery ordering etc.
- Account administration and support for the team
- Assist and produce reporting when needed
- Co-ordination with accounts across clients and suppliers
- Process internal and client invoices
- Daily entry of delivery notes
- Production schedules and inventory levels.
This will be a full-time position with usual business hours 9am-5:30pm, although flexibility is required for potential weekend work, early morning starts and evenings if needed.
Profile
- Will have a minimum of one year experience in a similar role;
- Will be confident across the Microsoft Suite, particularly having strong skills in Microsoft Excel;
- You will be career drive, and thrive on career progression;
- You will have a strong attention to detail, with excellent spelling and grammar;
- You will be willing to work autonomously and as a part of a fun team and solve problems being able to efficiently priorities tasks and meet deadlines; and
- You will have great communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident in communicating with internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority.
