- $55K-$60K base salary + 9.5% super + generous NFP salary packaging options
The Australian Community Support Organisation (ACSO) is a dynamic, values driven NFP, focused on partnering with Government and the community to co-design services that create real social change. It’s our goal to reduce re-offending, and our mission is to help people transition from prison, assist them in the community, stop them from re-offending and intervene to divert others from committing crime.
The Community Offenders Advice & Treatment Service (COATS), provides AOD assessments and treatment referrals to clients involved in the criminal justice system. The CSU team provide administrative support to COATS, by recording referrals, and arranging assessment and treatment appointments for clients. They also provide a range of other functions, including follow ups with referrers, clients and agencies, and coordination of recommended treatment.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Appropriate training and relevant experience in administrative roles; and/or an appropriate certificate relevant to the work required to be performed
- A strong belief in humanity and the basic right each of us has, to a second chance
- Experience working within the sector or transferable skills from other sectors
- A strong sense of personal accountability and resilience
- The ability to obtain National Criminal Record, Disability Workers Exclusion Scheme, and Working with Children Checks
