We are seeking a Department and Project Administrator who will provide high-level administrative support to the across two senior leaders.
Minimum requirements:
- Be computer savvy and confident using various computer programs, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a team environment
- Conduct general administrative duties and deliver exceptional administration and customer support
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Professional judgement and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external people at executive level
- Experience in an office assistant environment
- Experience in a project administration environment
- Experience in investment management or mergers and acquisitions highly regarded
- Ability to work as a member of a team as well as independently
- High level of ethics and ability to appropriately and discretely deal with significant sensitive and confidential information.
Ideally, you will also have proficiency in:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Lotus notes
- Microsoft Project
- Oracle ERP, including I-Procurement and I-Expense
- Smartsheet
