We are seeking a Department and Project Administrator who will provide high-level administrative support to the across two senior leaders.

Minimum requirements:

  • Be computer savvy and confident using various computer programs, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a team environment
  • Conduct general administrative duties and deliver exceptional administration and customer support
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Professional judgement and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external people at executive level
  • Experience in an office assistant environment
  • Experience in a project administration environment
  • Experience in investment management or mergers and acquisitions highly regarded
  • Ability to work as a member of a team as well as independently
  • High level of ethics and ability to appropriately and discretely deal with significant sensitive and confidential information.

Ideally, you will also have proficiency in:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Lotus notes
  • Microsoft Project
  • Oracle ERP, including I-Procurement and I-Expense
  • Smartsheet
