A well-established building company, with a number of display homes already open, are looking to further expand their team. with the addition of sales consultants with display home sales experience to manage new display home centres. What is different about the company is that the plans and drawings can be tailored to the individual buying the home.
  
What you will be doing:
As the Customer Service Officer, you will be based at the company’s Head Office in Parramatta. You will be assisting the business with pre-construction and construction administration, processing invoices and other finance related matters, and demonstrating commitment to OH&S policies.
You will be reporting to a team leader who will not only provide you with guidance but who will expand your knowledge with Administration and Pre-Construction Administration aspect.

What you must have to apply for this role:

• Minimum 3 years Construction and Pre-Construction experience
• Be able to work fulltime Monday - Friday
• Experience in contracts and tenders
• Knowledge & experience in building plans and drawings
• Excellent customer service
