About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating support required for trainers and students.
- Plan training calendars and programs and ensure relevant information is available and accessible
- Develop contingency plans to address potential problems in day to day delivery of training
- Create and maintain records that adequately document business activities
- Provide information and advice on training facilities and resources to business groups to assist them in planning training schedules
- Working closely with members of Organisational Development team to ensure the availability of training facilities and resources
About you:
To be successful for this role you Demonstrated experience in a logistics role with a strong focus on training service delivery
- Excellent oral and written and communication skills
- Experience in analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
- Proven ability to work independently or in a team
