This role is located within the Logistics team where you will be servicing their key clients.

We are looking for a customer service focused individual who is interested in a career in international logistics and who are happy to work in the Northern Suburbs of Sydney.

The specific requirements and responsibilities of this role include:
 

• Monitoring and actioning service requirements for designated accounts
• Instruction overseas agents and providing timely feedback to customers of their freight status
• Solve customer problems in a timely and efficient manner
• Preparing quotations for your nominated client portfolio
• Maintaining client rates and updating of cost and sell rates
• Assisting in the production of client reports

 
You will need to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

You will have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a service related role OR if you have relatable experience in the import/export field that would be a major advantage. 

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 + Super
