TKS- Partners - Kudos Creative is a well-established marketing and design agency. We are a group of driven, creative and experienced individuals based in Perth and Hong Kong with a strong passion for design and visual communication. Due to business expansion, we are currently looking for an Accounts Coordinator/Administrator to join our friendly and energetic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to work in the creative industry and have an artistic flair.
Some of the responsibilities of the role include:-
- Relationships building with key customers
- Liaising with the design and supply chain teams respectively on production cost, schedules and delivery expectations
- Problem-solving and resolving customer enquiries
- Assisting the creative team in research
- Participate in creative brainstorming and client meetings
- Data entry
- Other admin duties as required
To be considered for this role you will have admin experience with the ability to pick things up quickly. Your tenacity, professionalism and strong communication skills both written and verbal will be critical for this role. A can-do attitude together with strong organisational and customer service skills will ensure the success in this role. You will also enjoy working autonomously and in a team environment as well. You will have proficient knowledge and skills in MS Office.
