We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager who wants to take the next step in their career. Joining a busy and thriving office, you will ideally have at least 2 years experience in banking/finance.

Packaging and handling loans from lead to settlement, liaising with clients, lenders, referral partners and more. Must be caring and love working with clients to get finance for their dream home, first home or investment property and be prepared to deliver exceptional customer service. 

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Use of specaialized industry software
  • Complete file management and follow up.
  • Client, lender and business contact liaison
  • Client relationship management
  • Seeing an application through from submission to settlement
  • Business marketing
  • Assisting the business owners to achieve  business goals and to ensure an outstanding customer experience and satisfaction

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience as a loan processor or currently in a mortgage or finance related field.
  • A high level of professionalism at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling the candidate to deal effectively with the business partners, broker team and clients
  • Excellent presentation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong data entry skills is essential and ability to learn quickly.
  • Highly organised & proficient at multi-tasking
