One of my favourite clients are currently looking for an experienced Client Liaison Consultant to join their construction admin team. As a builder who fall in the grey space between the volume and custom home building worlds, my client are currently building close to 500 homes every year.
Their point of difference is that their homes are architecturally designed, with a bit of flair - the kind of home you WANT to live in!
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the client liaison process throughout the construction phase:
- Weekly update calls to clients
- Raise variations as required
- Arrange certificate of occupancy
- Arrange gas line installation etc
- Database management
- Prepare files for handover
