Entry level position in financial services for an enthusiastic person looking to join and grow with a boutique financial services business.
The Local Financial Group comprises two core businesses, mortgage broking and financial planning. We require administrative support for our busy client service team and the principals of the business.
You will be energetic and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in financial services. You will understand the importance of exceptional customer service and be seeking an entry level position with a company that you can grow and develop with.
As our receptionist, you will answer the telephone and meet & greet customers and business partners. Your duties will include general office administration tasks, clerical tasks, data entry, email correspondence and support of our client service team.
You will need good communication skills, be proficient with office technology, be willing to learn and be flexible about your role and responsibilities to ensure we deliver exceptional customer service, support the client service team and the principals of the business.
This role will initially be a part time position (minimum 20 hours per week), with the opportunity for permanent fulltime employment as the business and role grows.
