Our fantastic Practice Manager is moving to Sydney so, we are looking for someone exceptional to join our team. You will be working with an experienced, motivated and friendly team of vets, nurses and receptionist that believe in compassionate client and patient care.
Northside Veterinary Centre is a small friendly local business (non-corporate) in the centre of Canberra. We recently moved into a brand new purpose built clinic this past September and as we are growing so is our team.
Some of the duties of the Practice Manager include:
- Organising and managing up to 20 staff.
- Payroll and daily banking.
- Administrative duties including invoicing, budgets, expenses, HR, etc.
- Stock Management.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Be passionate and committed to caring for our patients and clients.
- Have proven experience in a fast paced veterinary practice or similar.
- Have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Possess an excellent work ethic.
- Be motivated with high energy level.
- Be proficient in Word, Excel and other computer software.
- Have strong ability to multitask.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Be able to keep calm under pressure.
