Join the supportive and impressive Melbourne team of 140 staff (& growing) at their stunning Collins Street offices (Paris end). Work as part of a small, cohesive & friendly administration team to enable coordination & smooth running of office operations & facilities in a varied role that will include:

  • Being the ‘go to’ person for all office related queries
  • Assisting with events
  • Coordinating & processing staff inductions/departures
  • Liaising with & maintaining key contacts (building management/cleaners/trades/etc.) to organise facilities and repairs
  • Overseeing & assisting with report production & client presentations (outsourcing when necessary, printing, binding etc.)
  • Overseeing mail & courier requests & deliveries
  • Managing ordering & restocking of supplies & stationery
  • Assisting with organising video conferencing, working with IT to handle laptop/mobile phone service requirements
  • Ensuring office security systems & protocols are maintained
  • Assisting with the planning and eventual relocation to new Collins St offices
