Kelly Services is seeking to engage with an experienced Project Officer for one of our Government Based clients in Sydney. The successful candidate will be engaged until the end of December 2018 and will be providing key tactical and operational activities such as Coordination, Engagement, Approvals and management of People and Culture events e.g. internal & external awards, leadership program nominations, diversity events and forums.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high level executive and project level support
- Contribute to reviews including the development of new procedures and guidelines
- Prepare draft correspondence, divisional communications and internal messaging, reports, briefing papers and other corporate documents
- Undertake independent research and analysis including preparation of draft reports, briefing papers, and Ministerial correspondence where necessary.
- Assist in the coordination and flow of communications and messaging.
Criteria for Selection:
- 1 - 2 Years’ experience as a Project officer
- Government and HR experience is highly regarded
- Ability to manage a fluctuating workload and work within deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with the MS Suite and TRIM
