The Role

HCA's Emerald branch is currently looking to recruit an administrative clerk to join the team and play an integral role in accounts administration. Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Accounts Administrator is responsible for our customer portfolio accounts management.

The Candidate

    Attributes & Responsibilities:

  • Attention to detail - Data processing with a high degree of accuracy;
  • Dedicate to Customer Service - Liaising with multiple stakeholders in a collective drive to achieve Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction
  • Team Player - Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholder groups in a pro-active, polite & professional manner;
  • Autonomous productivity - Initiative to plan and prioritise multiple work fronts efficiently and effectively and ensure compliance for Accounts Receivable.
  • Creative problem solving - Continually finding ways to overcome obstacles and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner
  • Innovation - Relentless pursuit to deliver quality outcomes and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

    To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar position and industry;
  • Communication & Computer Literacy - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel Skills
  • Temperament - A developed methodical and outcome driven personality;
  • Conscientiousness - A developed awareness of personal and employee health and safety.
