Hudson is currently assisting our Federal Government client to secure strong customer service professional. We are after a motivated individual who has a high level of resilience and experience working within a customer service position that requires high volume phone contact.
In this position you will be liaising directly with employees from the department and will also have to complete the following tasks as they arise; contacting staff; following up outstanding records; data entry; creating plans; and provide a high level of customer service.
Although this is not a call centre position, experience within a call centre and knowledge of debt recovery is highly desirable.
