New Homes Sales Host - Project Homes

Our client is a leading NSW based residential builder who have been established in the local market for over 25 years. As a result of expanding operations they are now looking to hire a sales host / assistant for their display centre.
 
The successful applicant will be based on a large sales estate attracting heavy traffic of people and you will be operating in an industry offering homes to 2nd and 3rd time buyers.
 
Duties of the role include
 
• Maintaining the display home 
• Meet and greet potential customers and make introductions
• Record and document client information and personal records
• Database management 
• Weekend work and Saturday working hours 
 
 
This role is requires you to have PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE working in a display home for a residential builder. I addition to this you should have
 
• 2 years experience in the building industry
• Knowledge of contract / project homes
• Excellent communication skills
• Good administration skills and solid IT competency
• A friendly and professional nature in a customer focused role
