Energy Base is a well-regarded local solar installer operating since 2010. We have a reputation for quality systems and care for our customers.
About the role
The role includes handling of solar & electrical installation jobs from confirmation to installation:
- making necessary applications
- ordering and allocating stock
- arranging dates with customers
- collating pre-installation paperwork
- invoicing
- administration of government rebates
- after sales follow ups
You will be interacting with customers as well as sales and installation staff, and using scheduling, accounting and other web-based applications every day.
There is also the opportunity to undertake and develop digital marketing activities
The position is available as 20-25 hours part time, with a view to full time in the future

Skills and experience
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised
- Experience with web applications and Microsoft Office
- Experience in electrical or other technical / trade environments would be favourable
