About the Role
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Service Mobilisations Administrator for a 3 month contract, for a role with a local client based at Naval Base, WA. The position is a Monday to Friday role working 7:30am to 4pm. 

 

The aim of this position is to provide administration support to the Service Department by way of assisting in Mobilisations to client sites, whilst adhering to best practices set out by the department and company. 

 

Whilst this role is primarily focused on Mobilisations, other responsibilities may include:
•    Provide day to day administration support for the Service team and National Manager – Service and Manufacturing.
•    Process purchase requisitions for repairs and tooling as requested by Project Managers.
•    Enter timesheets into Pronto on a daily basis.
•    Collate timesheets received from Recruitment Agencies and site to be delivered to payroll daily.
•    Order uniforms and PPE for service team and contractors as required.
•    Organise transport for completed works and for parts travelling from site/workshop.
•    Set up new starter inductions including medicals for contractors and short term labour and maintain a calendar for manning requirements on site.
•    Obtain and collate sub-contractor paperwork to be submitted to site prior to mobilisation.
•    Conduct regular checks on SAP, ERMS for Purchase Orders and site access requirements.
•    Book training as required for service personnel and sub-contractors.
•    Organise online inductions for site personnel as required.
•    Manage all travel requirements for service and site personnel as and when required and ensure adequate approvals are obtained.
•    Filing and archiving as required.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 
•    3+ years experience in a Strong  Administrator/Coordinator/Assistant role preferably from Mining, Resources or Manufacturing background
•    Demonstrated experience with ERMS (enable) required
•    Ability to prioritise multiple moving deadlines 
•    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
•    Available for an immediate start
•    Intermediate use of Microsoft Office Suite
