We are a boutique Commercial Property agency based in Collins Street; Melbourne. A close knit team; we like to work together to ensure the smooth running across all departments - Sales & Leasing, Marketing, Property Management and Accounts.
The incumbent will receive high exposure to the Commercial Real Estate industry in numerous aspects of Property Management through the provision of basic ongoing assistance to the department.
You will maintain a high level of professionalism in all face to face, telephone and written communication and ensuring the front of house area is as immaculately presented as you!
DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED:
- General receptionist duties on a daily basis
- Property Management assistance including filing, key register, use of property management specific software, typing of correspondence and other relevant tasks.
- The ongoing administration of various processes, meeting organisation and minute taking, reporting, management of department templates and spreadsheets, keeping adequate notes/ updates via RP Office and general office duties including filing and archiving.
- Management of all office systems and consumables including Photocopier, Franking Machine, Phone System, Server Back-Ups, Kitchen and Stationary supplies
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Previous office experience essential
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel)
- Ability to pick up new computer Software Systems/ Applications
- Clear and Professional telephone manner / disposition
