A unique opportunity exists for an Office Assistant to join our vibrant working environment. Working within a friendly and dynamic office, this role will allow you to showcase your existing administration skills and grow within a successful company.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Accountable for the day to day running of ad-hoc and scheduled office and administration duties along with undertaking works as directed by the Centre Manager
- Be the first point of contact greeting visitors and staff, answering incoming calls and responding to general enquires
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation of the reception area and meeting rooms
- Maintaining office amenities including ordering stationery and entertainment supplies
- Distributing mail and organising couriers on a daily basis
The successful candidate will have:
- Advanced interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, creating a positive, courteous and professional impression
- Be proactive, punctual and reliable
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate MS office skills
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years within a professional working environment
