The role

We are looking for a full-time Receptionist / Administrator to provide reception and office / project support to our directors and consultants.

You will use your administration skills supporting a diverse array of projects whilst ensuring the smooth running of reception. Advanced MS Word, and Outlook skills are essential, with an exceptional phone manner. You will enjoy being part of a team as well as working autonomously with the ability to take initiative, prioritise competing deadlines, multitask and to meet deadlines proactively.

Responsibilities

  • Reception and housekeeping services, managing meeting / boardroom bookings and the presentation of the common areas
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering incoming calls and emailing messages in a timely manner
  • Mail distribution
  • Stock control and catering
  • Travel coordination and research
  • Document formatting and database maintenance
  • Project support and general administration duties
