What you'll be doing

This role is key to the operational effectiveness across a diverse range of support services to the Cancer Services & Information Division.  To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience working in a team delivering on a range of administrative support activities to facilitate effective and efficient establishment, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of services that contribute to the achievement of divisional objectives.
 
Working in a multidisciplinary team, the primary focus of this role will be to ensure the accurate and timely processing of purchase orders, invoices and contracts management.  As member of a team the role will also provide a range of administrative support functions associated with travel, meetings, calendars, correspondence and reports.
 
Proficiency with the suite of Microsoft Office products, electronic records managements systems such as TRIM/HPRM and experience utilising financial systems such as Oracle will be highly regarded.
