We are looking for an Administration wiz!  

Based from our Mulgrave office as part of the customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients in this fast paced and dynamic environment.

This is a full-time role with a salary range of $45,000 - $50,000 + Superannuation. 

Your main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Acting as FSA's first point of contact for our clients
  • Maintaining a familiarity with FSA business scope
  • Meeting and greeting clients,
  • Responding to emails and phone calls,
  • Data entry (accurate and fast is essential)
  • Filing and Records management
  • Printing and collating of documentation
  • General housekeeping
  • A commitment to compliance requirements

Ideally you will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Commitment to excellence and an eye for detail;
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality;
  • Strong organisational skills - the ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Demonstrated computer software skills – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
