Skillset Workforce, along with our Host Employer, is seeking a passionate individual to kick-start their career in administration at a well-known accounting firm in Dubbo NSW. The successful applicant will complete a 12 - month Certificate III in Business Administration, with the opportunity to undertaking further study upon completion.

This is fantastic opportunity for applicants to commence a role that will provide on both the job experience and study. You will be allocated a dedicated Skillset Workforce Consultant who will support you through your Traineeship and at the successful completion of the role you will graduate with a nationally recognised qualification.

This entry-level opportunity is suited to a mature, hard-working individual looking to pursue a career in administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a high standard of customer service, both in person and over the phone
  • Order stationary and office supplies
  • Assist with the banking and mail
  • Scanning, data entry, filing, archiving and emailing
  • Diary management
  • Maintain tidiness of office

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience in the delivery of quality customer service
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and develop own skills and knowledge
  • Committed to the study component of the Traineeship including willingness to undertake further study upon completion of Traineeship
  • Sound computer literacy skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
