The Position

You will have the opportunity to study for a Certificate III in Business while performing a range of administration tasks.

You will be responsible for daily duties including:-

  • Mail collection and delivery;
  • Daily banking;
  • Data entry;
  • Attending to clients’ needs by providing cover for our busy reception and switchboard;
  • Photocopying, filing and other administrative tasks as required.

The Person

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated person to work in our Administration Assistant role.  Ideally the applicant will possess the following:-

  • Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy;
  • Great communication skills (written & verbal);
  • a great customer service ethic;
  • accurate touch typing skills;
  • a mature and confident manner;
  • the ability to work independently to strict time frames; and
  • a friendly and helpful nature.
