I am currently seeking a keen and reliable individual who is ready to take on their next challenge in an area of work that is extremely rewarding. The client is located in Altona and is seeking an eager individual who loves being challenged to assist their team. Our client is about to enter into a busy time of the year and needs assistance from someone who is efficient in the use of SAP and data entry/administration. In order to access this site, you will need to poses a car and have flexible working hours as you may be required to work SUNDAYS (penalty rates do apply).
Our client is a well established industrial freight forwarding company that is national. The team is very welcoming and bubbly and they are looking forward to taking on board their next champion.
The successful candidate would have the following skills:
• SAP experience MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
• Data Entry
• Phone professionalism
• Keen attention to detail
• Previous experience within an industrial organisation (desirable but not essential)
• Must have full working rights
You will also:
• Be available to work full time hours, Monday to Friday and on some Sundays (penalty rates apply)
• Be reliable, flexible and committed to your work
• Demonstrate a professional and proactive attitude to work
• Have solid experience using MS Office programs and SAP systems
• Have a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Their are multiple positions available - an ongoing temporary position and a maternity leave cover (however an extension is still a possibility)
