We have an excellent opportunity for a temporary Personal Assistant / Team Assistant to join the business for a month. This is a large global business with potential extension opportunity should you so wish.
This is an excellent large well-known organisation to add to your resume. Work with a great network of EA's / PA's, social and vibrant. Close to public transport, shops and bars!
Typical duties include:
- Personal Assistant / Team Assistant duties including travel, diary and expense management.
- Arrange travel and produce cohesive travel itineraries.
- Screen incoming calls, re-direct, transfer and take messages accordingly.
- Assist with PAs across the department
- Prepare documents, correspondence, excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, contracts as and when needed
- Coordinate corporate presentations, including booking venues, inviting guests and organising logistics.
