About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Preventative Maintenance Planner to join our team in Cronulla. Use your strengths working in a fast-paced environment to deliver high quality and timely solutions to our clients, you will need to be forward thinking and eager to learn. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to be a part of a fast-growing company and develop into an integral person within Modus Projects.
The role will be office based in a full-time capacity.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain shutdown maintenance plans and schedules in line with the short and long-term objectives
- Maximise equipment reliability through using planned maintenance most effectively
- Quickly returning equipment to design capability through using planned maintenance most effectively
- Prepare, plan & implement maintenance schedules
- Review impacts, test scenarios and propose solutions to competing schedule demands
- Monitor resource availability and allocation across areas
- Procurement, expediting and ongoing communication with suppliers and warehouse to ensure material availability
- Provide communication channels, interface and coordination between sub-contractors, projects team and operations
- Monitor actual progress (at site level), compare to baseline and report progress and outcomes against schedule
- Maintain and foster a working environment which prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service
Skills and Experience
- Exceptional integrity and work ethic
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Friendly and sociable personality
- Quick learner
- High level of attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Proven experience meeting & exceeding KPI's
