The Role

The Administration Officer will provide assistance to our growing Compliance team across a range of administrative and monitoring tasks that ensures Connective and its members meet all regulatory obligations.

Working collaboratively, you will help identify, organise and drive workflows that deliver efficient and effective compliance initiatives with responsibilities across the following:

  • Handling or escalating inbound enquiries and helpdesk tickets
  • Organising compliance related workshops and events
  • Reviewing reports to resolve or escalate identified exceptions for resolution 
  • Assisting on a variety of compliance or business-related projects


The Person

Critical to your success in this role is your ability to balance compliance and the customer (brokers) needs. You are comfortable working autonomously yet will enjoy being a big contributor to a small team. You are proactive and super organised, with laser focused attention to detail and you'll also possess:

  • 3+ years’ experience as an Administrator and/or support role
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • The aptitude to communicate assertively and concisely whilst dealing with a variety of both internal and external stakeholders  
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, multi task and meet deadlines
  • (Ideally) Experience in the financial services or compliance advantageous
