About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join our Administration team based in our North Ryde office for a 12-15 month fixed term contract. The primary responsibility of the Logistics Administrator is to support administration and logistics of the division in an efficient and diligent manner.
As the Logistics Administrator you will:
- Coordinate and collate product delivery information for all state branches of the business.
- Liaise with our Japanese Head Office to ensure up to date shipping reports are received.
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers and publish delivery schedules.
- Conduct purchase order processing.
- Process customer sales orders and invoices.
- Conduct weekly and ad hoc inventory reporting.
- Provide support to the administration team as required.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- 3-5 years administrative experience.
- To be proficient in using Microsoft Suite ( Excel, Word and PowerPoint – Intermediate level).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Have a keen eye for detail.
- An ability to multi-task and think analytically.
- To be proactive and highly self-motivated.
- Experience with using Oracle database or similar.
- Exceptional customer service skills and be results focused.
- Previous experience working within a technical environment or Medical Industry would be highly regarded.
